Refund Policy

All sales are final. Cash Addixx Worldwide does not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

However, we do offer size exchanges only, under the conditions outlined below.

 

Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Must be in original, unworn condition

• Must be free of any damage, stains, or signs of wear

• Must include all original tags attached

• Must be returned in the exact condition it was received (packaging included where possible)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

2. Include your order number and reason for exchange

3. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending any item back

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange unless the item was incorrect or defective.

 

 Availability

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

 

 Non-Exchangeable Items

​

The following are not eligible for exchange:

• Worn or washed items

• Items without tags

• Items returned after the 7-day window

• Items damaged by the customer

This policy is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in New Jersey or the United States.
